Book a SessionJuried shows and art fairs make their first cut based on images alone — before a juror ever reads your statement or sees your work in person. A beautiful painting photographed poorly will be passed over for a lesser work with a professional photo. Your image is your application. We make sure yours is ready.
Every artwork photography session includes the following — no hidden fees.
Carefully matched to your original so the digital image represents the actual colors as accurately as possible.
High-resolution print-ready files (300dpi) and web-optimized versions — ready to upload anywhere.
High-resolution files are sized and formatted so your images can be used to create quality prints and reproductions of your original work.
Files named, organized, and delivered by secure download link within 3–5 business days of your session, depending on collection size. Collections of more than 16 pieces are quoted individually, with your delivery date confirmed in the quote.
Images meet the technical requirements of major juried show platforms including Zapplication and CaFÉ.
We photograph paintings, prints, drawings, and wall-mounted mixed media, including textured and raised surfaces. Sculpture and other three-dimensional work is quoted individually.

Large-Format Volume Rate: Bringing 6 or more large pieces (over 24 × 36")? The rate drops to $80/piece. Large-format work needs more setup, lighting, and editing time, so it's priced separately from the packages below. Pieces over 48" on the longest side are quoted individually — contact us with the size.
On-Location Photography Available
Have large, fragile, or installed work that can't be transported? We travel to your studio, home, or venue and bring the session to you. Travel fee applies based on location.
Package Deals — Small & Medium Work
🎨 Have a mix of sizes? No problem — your small/medium pieces count toward the package, and any large-format pieces are simply added on top at the large-format rate above.
📦 Have more than 16 pieces, or a large all-oversized collection? We offer custom pricing for big collections. Larger collections are quoted individually, and your delivery date is confirmed in the quote. Contact us and we'll put together a package that works for you.
⚡ Need it faster? Rush delivery is available next business day for jobs of 8 pieces or fewer — +25% of the job total (minimum $40), subject to availability. Rush for pieces over 48" on the longest side is quoted individually. Ask when you book.
Payment before delivery. Payment is due at drop-off or pickup, and your download link is sent once payment is received.
Your price is confirmed in writing when you book. We email you a confirmation with your date, pieces and price, and that confirmed price is what applies to your session.
Deposits. A 50% deposit confirms your date for collections over $250, on-location sessions, and quoted work (oversized, 3D, and collections over 16 pieces). The balance is due before delivery.
Rescheduling. Please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment and we'll gladly reschedule. Deposits are credited to your rescheduled session.
Your files. Files are delivered by private download link and stay available for 90 days. Please download and save your files before then.
